Agreement

These Terms govern your use of Trend Alert Daily (the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be able to form a binding agreement in your location and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in methods secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

The Service

The Service provides trend research, creative prompts, hooks, and related creator tools. Trends change quickly, and we do not guarantee that content will achieve a particular result, remain available, or be suitable for every creator, audience, platform, or jurisdiction. You are responsible for reviewing content before publishing it and for complying with platform rules and applicable law.

Subscriptions and trials

Current pricing and trial details are shown before checkout. A payment method may be required to begin a trial. Unless canceled before the trial ends, a subscription renews automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until canceled. Taxes may apply. You may cancel through the billing controls in your account, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or abusive activity.
• Interfere with the Service, bypass access controls, or attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Copy, scrape, resell, or redistribute substantial portions of the Service except with our written permission.
• Upload content that infringes another person's rights or contains malware or harmful code.

Ownership

The Service, its design, software, research, and original content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and use submitted content only as needed to operate and improve the Service.

Availability and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service. We may restrict or terminate access when an account violates these Terms, creates risk, or is used unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time, but stopping use does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
