• Authentication information supplied by Clerk and, if you choose Google sign-in, basic profile information such as your verified email address and name.
• Subscription and transaction records. Payment details are processed by our billing providers, and we do not store complete payment card numbers.
• Product activity, preferences, finished TikTok submissions, and support communications.
• Technical information such as device, browser, IP address, security events, and service logs.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts, personalize daily content, manage subscriptions, send service and opted-in email communications, provide support, prevent abuse, understand product performance, and comply with legal obligations.

Service providers and sharing

We use service providers to operate the Service, including Clerk and Google for authentication, Stripe and Clerk for billing, Supabase for application data, Resend for email delivery, and Vercel for hosting. These providers may process information only as needed to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction. We do not sell personal information.

Cookies and security

The Service uses cookies and similar technologies required for authentication, security, billing, and core functionality. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Retention and your choices

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain security and transaction records, and meet legal obligations. You may update certain account details in the Service, change email preferences, cancel a subscription, or ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information. Some rights depend on where you live.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
